Su utilidad tiene un enfoque doble, pues, por una parte, aporta una orientaci\u00f3n sobre la calidad metodol\u00f3gica que los programas de bienestar deben contemplar y, por otra, permite realizar una estimaci\u00f3n del retorno econ\u00f3mico de la inversi\u00f3n realizada o que vaya a realizar la empresa para el bienestar de los trabajadores. It has two uses. On the one hand, it provides an overview of the quality of the methodology that well-being programmes should include. On the other hand, it makes it possible to estimate the economic return on the business\u00b4 initial or prospective investment on the employee\u00b4s well-being.
