RESUMEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Objetivo:<\/strong> Identificar factores que influyen en la duraci\u00f3n de la prestaci\u00f3n por riesgo durante el embarazo en las trabajadoras del \u00e1mbito sanitario.<\/p>\n

Material y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> Estudio descriptivo y transversal. Se estudiaron las trabajadoras embarazadas del SNS- O, que notificaron su gestaci\u00f3n desde 01 enero de 2017 hasta 31 diciembre de 2018. Las variables fueron: centro de trabajo, profesi\u00f3n, tipo de contrato, tipo de guardias, y su relaci\u00f3n con la duraci\u00f3n de la prestaci\u00f3n por riesgo durante el embarazo.<\/p>\n

Resultados:<\/strong> 536 trabajadoras notificaron su embarazo, pero se excluyeron 86, por no disponer de la variable \u201cduraci\u00f3n de la prestaci\u00f3n\u201d. El an\u00e1lisis de los datos mostr\u00f3 una p>0,05 en todos los contrastes de hip\u00f3tesis, excepto en la relaci\u00f3n entre duraci\u00f3n de prestaci\u00f3n y guardias presenciales vs localizadas (p=0,052).<\/p>\n

Conclusiones:<\/strong> Ligera asociaci\u00f3n entre las guardias presenciales vs localizadas y los d\u00edas de suspensi\u00f3n del contrato de trabajo por riesgo durante el embarazo.<\/p>\n

DIFFUSE INTERSTITIAL LUNG DISEASE IN THE OCCUPATIONAL SPHERE: THE IMPORTANCE OF DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Objective:<\/strong> To identify factors that influence the duration of the risk during pregnancy benefit in female health workers.<\/p>\n

Material and Methods<\/strong>: Descriptive and cross-sectional study. The pregnant workers studied were the ones who notified their gestation grom January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2018 of the SNS-O. The variables collected were: work center, profession, type of contract, type of guards, and their relationship with the duration of the risk benefit during pregnancy.<\/p>\n

Results:<\/strong> 536 workers notified their pregnancy, but 86 were excluded, because they did not have the variable \u201cduration of benefit\u201d. The analysis of the data showed a p> 0.05 in all hypothesis contrasts, except in the relationship between benefit duration and presence vs localized guards (p =0.052).<\/p>\n

Conclusions:<\/strong> Slight association between presence vs localized guards and the days of suspension of the employment contract due to risk during pregnancy.<\/p>\n
