RESUMEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Introducci\u00f3n:<\/strong> La silicosis es una enfermedad generalmente de origen ocupacional. La sarcoidosis es una enfermedad multisist\u00e9mica de etiolog\u00eda desconocida. Los patrones radiol\u00f3gicos de silicosis y sarcoidosis pueden ser similares.<\/p>\n

Exposici\u00f3n del caso:<\/strong> Var\u00f3n de 42 a\u00f1os, marmolista de profesi\u00f3n, diagnosticado de sarcoidosis y que presenta radiol\u00f3gicamente adenopat\u00edas hiliares y n\u00f3dulos pulmonares en ambos l\u00f3bulos. Se declara sospecha de origen profesional de silicosis, ratific\u00e1ndose posteriormente por el Instituto Nacional de la Seguridad Social.<\/p>\n

Discusi\u00f3n:<\/strong> El diagnostico de silicosis se sustenta en la concurrencia de los siguientes criterios:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Historia laboral de exposici\u00f3n a s\u00edlice cristalina.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Radiograf\u00eda de t\u00f3rax simple con profusiones > o = a 1\/1 (clasificaci\u00f3n ILO).<\/p>\n

\u2013 Exclusi\u00f3n de otras entidades posibles.<\/p>\n

La sarcoidosis se caracteriza patol\u00f3gicamente por la presencia de granulomas no caseificantes en los \u00f3rganos involucrados.<\/p>\n

Conclusiones:<\/strong> El contexto cl\u00ednico y laboral de la enfermedad es crucial para poder establecer un diagn\u00f3stico correcto.<\/p>\n

DIFFUSE INTERSTITIAL LUNG DISEASE IN THE OCCUPATIONAL SPHERE: THE IMPORTANCE OF DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Introduction:<\/strong> Silicosis is a disease usually of occupational origin. Sarcoidosis is a multisystemic disease of unknown etiology. The radiological patterns of silicosis and sarcoidosis can be similar.<\/p>\n

Case statement:<\/strong> A 42 years old male, marbleist, diagnosed of sarcoidosis and who presents radiological hilar adenopathies and pulmonary nodules in both lobes. Suspicion of professional origin of silicosis is declared, subsequently ratified by the National Institute of Security Social.<\/p>\n

Discussion:<\/strong> The diagnosis of silicosis is based on the concurrence of the following criteria:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Work history of exposure to crystalline silica.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Simple chest x-ray with profusions > o = 1\/1 (ILO classification).<\/p>\n

\u2013 Exclusion of other possible entities.<\/p>\n

Sarcoidosis is pathologically characterized by the presence of non-caseating granulomata in the organs involved.<\/p>\n

Conclusions:<\/strong> The clinical and occupational context of the disease is crucial in order to establish a correct diagnosis.<\/p>\n
