Resumen:<\/strong><\/p>\nSe realiza un estudio en las empresas PYMES en Zaragoza ( provincia) ,analizando el nivel de estr\u00e9s de cada sector , ,analizando los factores estresores para tomar posteriormente actuaciones preventivas adecuadas y ser un trabajo \u00fatil para el futuro. Para esta Investigacion se ha obtenido una muestra representativa de 164 trabajadores de PYMES, distribuidas en diferentes sectores de actividad (Energ\u00eda y agua (1), Agricultura (2), Construcci\u00f3n (23), Industria (7) y Servicios (131)), a los que se les ha pasado el Cuestionario de estr\u00e9s laboral (OIT-OMS) y 2-Cuestionario de salud de Golbert (GHQ-12). El an\u00e1lisis estad\u00edstico se ha dividido en dos partes fundamentalmente, an\u00e1lisis descriptivo e inferencial ,para analizar el nivel de estr\u00e9s, profundizando que tipo de estr\u00e9s existe cada sector y en global.<\/p>\n
Dada la repercusi\u00f3n que el estr\u00e9s tiene en la relaci\u00f3n con alta tasa de\u00a0absentismo y siniestralidad puede ser \u00fatil para determinar las \u00e1reas mas afectadas y planificar medidas preventivas.<\/p>\n

Title:\u00a0 STUDY OF LABOR STRESS IN SMES (SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES) IN THE PROVINCE OF ZARAGOZA<\/strong><\/p>\nAbstract:<\/strong><\/p>\nA study is carried out in the PYMES companies in Zaragoza (province), analyzing the stress level of each sector, analyzing the stressors to subsequently take appropriate preventive actions and be a useful job for the future. For this research we have obtained a representative sample of 164 PYMES workers, distributed in different sectors of activity (Energy and water (1), Agriculture (2), Construction (23), Industry (7) and Services (131)), who have passed the Work Stress Questionnaire (ILO-WHO) and 2-Golbert Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12). The statistical analysis has been divided in two parts fundamentally, descriptive and inferential analysis, to analyze the level of stress, deepening what type of stress exists in each sector and\u00a0globally.<\/p>\n
Given the repercussion that stress has on the relationship with high rate of absenteeism and accidents, it can be useful to determine the most affected areas and plan preventive measures<\/p>\n
