Rev Asoc Esp Espec Med Trab 2026; 35(3):295-307<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acceso al PDF: <div class=\"button_wrapper \"><a  href=\"https:\/\/www.aeemt.org\/Revista_AEEMT\/VOL_35_N03_2026_SEP\/295%20-%20307%20Original_4.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Dise\u00f1o de una estrategia de \u00e9xito frente al riesgo psicosocial y el absentismo por salud mental\" class=\"button_  default medium\"><strong>PDF del Art\u00edculo<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n<p><strong>RESUMEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Objetivo:<\/strong> Conocer el punto de vista de los profesionales de diferentes \u00e1mbitos de la salud y la prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos en el trabajo acerca de las causas, estrategias y gesti\u00f3n exitosa de los riesgos psicosociales en organizaciones con bajos niveles de absentismo por patolog\u00eda mental en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Material y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> T\u00e9cnica Delphi en doble vuelta sobre una muestra de 61 expertos, que punt\u00faan 8 dimensiones sobre factores moderadores, causas, ponderaci\u00f3n, riesgos psicosociales y estrategias preventivas del absentismo por trastornos de salud mental, a trav\u00e9s de un cuestionario contrastado por el equipo investigador.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Resultados:<\/strong> Las respuestas obtenidas (frecuencia de 80,3%) se\u00f1alan un amplio consenso (m\u00e1s de un 80% de los participantes coincidiendo en puntuaciones como 1\u00aa o 2\u00aa causa cada uno de los factores respecto de los \u00edtems propuestos) y acuerdo suficiente (m\u00e1s de 2\/3 de los participantes) en las 8 dimensiones, con lo que se consigue un acuerdo global entre el 55,1% y el 93,9% sobre el total de las propuestas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conclusiones:<\/strong> Los factores organizacionales constituyen el principal efecto moderador del absentismo por trastornos mentales comunes (TMC). Las condiciones de trabajo, la intensificaci\u00f3n del trabajo, la accesibilidad a los servicios de salud mental, la cultura organizacional y las pol\u00edticas de conciliaci\u00f3n laboral-familiar constituyen los elementos clave para una gesti\u00f3n exitosa del absentismo por TMC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Title: <\/strong><strong>DESIGNING A SUCCESSFUL STRATEGY TO ADDRESS PSYCHOSOCIAL RISKS AND MENTAL HEALTH-RELATED ABSENTEEISM: A DELPHI STUDY AMONG OCCUPATIONAL <\/strong><strong>HEALTH AND RISK PREVENTION PROFESSIONALS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Objective:<\/strong> To examine the perspectives of professionals from various fields of health and occupational risk prevention regarding the causes, strategic factors, and successful management of psychosocial risks in organizations in Spain with low levels of absenteeism due to mental health conditions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Material and Methods:<\/strong> A two round Delphi technique was conducted with a sample of 61 experts. Participants rated eight dimensions related to moderating factors, causes, weighting, psychosocial risks, and preventive strategies for absenteeism associated with mental health disorders, using a questionnaire validated by the research team.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Results:<\/strong> The responses obtained (80.3% response rate) revealed broad consensus (over 80% of participants ranking each factor as the first or second cause among the proposed items) and sufficient agreement (more than two thirds of participants) across all eight dimensions. Overall agreement across the proposals ranged from 55.1% to 93.9%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conclusions:<\/strong> Organizational factors constitute the main moderating influence on absenteeism due to common mental disorders (CMDs).
