RESUMEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Introducci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Los trastornos musculoesquel\u00e9ticos asociados al manejo de cargas representan una problem\u00e1tica para la salud laboral; Intervenciones ergon\u00f3micas buscan reducir exposici\u00f3n y malestar f\u00edsico derivados de estas tareas. Este estudio identific\u00f3 y analiz\u00f3 intervenciones ergon\u00f3micas en entornos laborales.<\/p>\n

Material y m\u00e9todos:<\/strong> Se realiz\u00f3 una revisi\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica siguiendo directrices PRISMA, de estudios publicados entre 2020 y 2025 que aplicaran intervenciones ergon\u00f3micas orientadas a disminuir factores de riesgo o molestias musculoesquel\u00e9ticas en trabajadores que realizan manejo manual de cargas.<\/p>\n

Resultados:<\/strong> De 276 registros, siete estudios cumplieron criterios, predominaron dise\u00f1os cuasiexperimentales, con intervenciones que abordaron, capacitaci\u00f3n, redise\u00f1o f\u00edsico, ayudas mec\u00e1nicas y ajustes organizacionales. La heterogeneidad metodol\u00f3gica impidi\u00f3 metaan\u00e1lisis.<\/p>\n

Conclusiones.:<\/strong>Las intervenciones mostraron efectos favorables, pero su efectividad depende de correspondencia entre diagn\u00f3stico y acci\u00f3n y el soporte organizacional. Se requiere estandarizar mediciones, seguimiento longitudinal y mayor participaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n

Title: <\/strong>ERGONOMIC INTERVENTIONS IN WORKERS CARRYING OUT MANUAL MATERIAL HANDLING: A SYSTEMATIC <\/strong>REVIEW<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Introduction:<\/strong> Work-related musculoskeletal disorders associated with manual load handling represent a significant occupational health concern. Ergonomic interventions aim to reduce exposure and physical discomfort derived from these tasks. This study identified and analyzed ergonomic interventions implemented in workplace settings.<\/p>\n

Materials and Methods:<\/strong> A systematic review was following PRISMA guidelines, including studies published between 2020 and 2025 that applied ergonomic interventions aimed at reducing risk factors or musculoskeletal symptoms in workers performing manual material handling.<\/p>\n

Results:<\/strong> Of the 276 records identified, seven studies met the eligibility criteria. Most employed quasi-experimental designs and included interventions such as training, physical workstation redesign, mechanical aids, and organizational adjustments. Due to methodological heterogeneity, a meta-analysis was not feasible<\/p>\n

Conclusions.:<\/strong>The interventions demonstrated positive effects; however, their effectiveness depends on the alignment between diagnosis and action, as well as organizational support. Standardized measurement methods, longitudinal follow-up, and greater worker participation are required.<\/p>\n
