La muestra incluy\u00f3 100 docentes. Se aplic\u00f3 el instrumento Calidad de Vida Laboral \u2013 GOHISALO y cuestionario sociodemogr\u00e1fico y laboral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Resultados:<\/strong> En las dimensiones Integraci\u00f3n al puesto de trabajo y Bienestar logrado a trav\u00e9s del trabajo los docentes con pareja presentaron mayores niveles de satisfacci\u00f3n con 72,1%; (p=0,012) y 46,5%; (p=0,017) cada una. Asimismo, la dimensi\u00f3n Administraci\u00f3n del tiempo libre y Bienestar logrado se correlacionaron con las horas de tiempo libre que presenta el docente (rho=+0,199; p=0,047 y rho=+0,273; p=0,006, respectivamente).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conclusiones:<\/strong> Es necesario considerar las variables que influyen en la Calidad de Vida Laboral en docentes para desarrollar pol\u00edticas que permitan mejorar la satisfacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Title: <\/strong><strong>WORK LIFE QUALITY OF TEACHERS IN CHILE: AN ANALYSIS OF SOCIODEMOGRAPHIC AND LABOR DETERMINANTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Introduction:<\/strong> Teachers face personal and work-related challenges, as well as issues related to balancing the two, which affect their quality of life.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Objective:<\/strong> To examine the relationship between dimensions of work-life quality and the sociodemographic and occupational characteristics of teachers in Chile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Materials and Methods:<\/strong> A cross-sectional, correlational study. The sample included 100 teachers. The Quality of Work Life \u2013 GOHISALO instrument and a sociodemographic and workrelated questionnaire were administered.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Results:<\/strong> In the dimensions of Job Integration and Well-being Achieved Through Work, teachers in a relationship reported higher levels of satisfaction at 72.1% (p=0.012) and 46.5% (p=0.017), respectively.
