An\u00e1lisis descriptivo seg\u00fan variables personales, laborales, gravedad y tipo de lesiones registradas en Delt@\u00a0 y\u00a0 modelos de regresi\u00f3n lineal para la tendencia<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Resultados:<\/strong> Se incluyeron 798 accidentes. La mayor incidencia se registr\u00f3 en 2021 y descendi\u00f3 en los a\u00f1os posteriores. El coche fue el medio de transporte m\u00e1s frecuente implicado (49%), seguido del desplazamiento a pie (18%) y bicicleta (11%). Los VMP representaron &lt;1%. El 61% precis\u00f3 IT con una media de 43 d\u00edas en lesiones leves y 218 d\u00edas en graves (diferencia media de 175 d\u00edas, IC 95% (133-216 d\u00edas).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conclusiones:<\/strong> Los accidentes in itinere generan un impacto relevante en incapacidad laboral del personal sanitario, aunque el coche sigue siendo el principal medio implicado, los peatones y usuarios de VMP son especialmente vulnerables. Resulta necesario reforzar las estrategias preventivas, incluyendo medidas organizativas como la flexibilidad horaria y el descanso tras turnos nocturnos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Title: <\/strong><strong>IMPACT OF NEW MEANS OF TRANSPORT ON COMMUTING ACCIDENTS AMONG HEALTHCARE STAFF IN MADRID AND\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>NAVARRA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Objective:<\/strong> To describe the sociodemographic, occupational, and injury profile of healthcare personnel who have suffered a commuting accident, as well as the actual impact of the introduction of new sustainable means of transport and personal mobility vehicles (PMVs).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Method:<\/strong> Retrospective longitudinal study (2021-2024) of three healthcare centers in Navarra and Madrid. Descriptive analysis was performed according to personal and occupational variables, severity and type of injuries recorded in Delt@, along with linear regression models to assess trends.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Results:<\/strong> A total of 798 accidents were included. The highest incidence was recorded in 2021, with a subsequent decline in the following years. The car was the most frequently involved mode of transport (49%), followed by walking (18%) and cycling(11%). PMVs accounted for less than 1%. 61 %\u00a0 required temporary leave from work, with a mean duration of 43 days for mild injuries and 218 days for severe injuries (mean difference of 175 days, 95% CI (133-216 days)).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conclusions:<\/strong> Commuting accidents have a significant impact on the work-related disability of healthcare personnel Although the car remains the primary mode involved, pedestrians and PMV users are particularly vulnerable.
