Resumen:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Objetivos:<\/strong> se pretende plantear una visi\u00f3n global del complejo entramado de relaciones que se establecen entre la salud o la enfermedad mental y la salud laboral y de los diferentes actores implicados.<\/p>\n

Material y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> se realiza una b\u00fasqueda de publicaciones o informes en internet de organismos e instituciones oficiales o de asociaciones cient\u00edficas, profesionales o empresariales relevantes. Se estudian separadamente diferentes aspectos de estas relaciones y despu\u00e9s se integran en una visi\u00f3n global e interrelacionada.<\/p>\n

Resultados y Discusi\u00f3n:<\/strong> se propone un diagrama integrador que resume y esquematiza las relaciones e interdependencias entre ambos campos y se analizan dichas relaciones mediante una matriz DAFO. Conclusiones: para abordar la relaci\u00f3n entre los problemas de salud laboral y de salud\u00a0mental se requiere la colaboraci\u00f3n de diversos agentes y dispositivos en un proceso continuo y permanente de comunicaci\u00f3n y cooperaci\u00f3n multidisciplinar.<\/p>\n

Title:\u00a0 MENTAL HEALTH AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH. RELATIONSHIPS . REVIEW, DIAGRAM AND SWOT ANALYSIS FOR A GLOBAL VISION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Objectives:<\/strong> the aim is to present a global vision of the complex network of relationships established between mental health or mental illness of people and occupational health of workers and the different actors involved.<\/p>\n

Material and Methods<\/strong>: through a search on internet of publications or reports of official organisms and institutions or scientific, professional or business associations, information about these relationships is found. Different aspects of them are studied separately and then integrated into a global and interrelated vision.<\/p>\n

Results and Discussion:<\/strong> an integrating diagram is proposed that summarizes and schematizes the relationships and interdependencies\u00a0between both fields and analyzes these relationships through a SWOT matrix. Conclusions: in order to address the relationship between occupational health and mental health problems, the collaboration of various agents and devices is required in a continuous and permanent process of communication and multidisciplinary cooperation.<\/p>\n
