RESUMEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Introducci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Las nuevas modalidades de trabajo implican exposici\u00f3n a nuevos riesgos que afectan la salud de los trabajadores requiriendo una mirada especial en la investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica para solucionar las nuevas problem\u00e1ticas presentes.<\/p>\n

Objetivos:<\/strong> Analizar riesgos emergentes en seguridad y salud laboral, derivados de nuevas modalidades de trabajo a trav\u00e9s de indicadores bibliom\u00e9tricos, exponiendo tendencias y la toma de decisiones en materia de prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales.<\/p>\n

Materiales y M\u00e9todo:<\/strong> Esta investigaci\u00f3n se desarroll\u00f3 desde un enfoque mixto con alcance descriptivo, aplicando metodolog\u00edas PRISMA y Tranfield, tomando como variables los periodos 20172019 y 2020-2023, ejes tem\u00e1ticos y autores m\u00e1s citados.<\/p>\n

Resultados:<\/strong> Los hallazgos permitieron establecer nuevas modalidades de trabajo, los ejes tem\u00e1ticos m\u00e1s representativos y las problem\u00e1ticas presentes.<\/p>\n

Conclusiones:<\/strong> Aunque se han analizado con mayor profundidad la posibilidad de que estos espacios ofrezcan condiciones ergon\u00f3micas \u00f3ptimas, a\u00fan no se han controlado los factores de riesgo asociados. Las nuevas modalidades de trabajo han incrementado la aparici\u00f3n de riesgos emergentes, sobre todo los asociados a afecciones psicosociales, fatiga visual y trastornos musculoesquel\u00e9ticos, las investigaciones consultadas muestran que el trabajo remoto, el teletrabajo y el coworking necesitan lineamientos claros que propendan por el bienestar del trabajador en los nuevos escenarios del mundo del trabajo y las nuevas formas de trabajar.<\/p>\n

ANALYSIS OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH RISKS DERIVED FROM NEW WORK MODALITIES, USING <\/strong>BIBLIOMETRIC INDICATORS DURING 2017-2023<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Introduction:<\/strong> The new work modalities imply exposure to new risks that affect the health of workers and require a special look at scientific research to provide solutions to the new problems present.<\/p>\n

Objectives:<\/strong> To Analyze emerging risks in occupational health and safety, derived from new work modalities through bibliometric indicators, informing trends and decision-making regarding occupational risk prevention.<\/p>\n

Materials and Methods:<\/strong> This research was developed from a mixed approach with descriptive scope, PRISMA and Tranfield methodologies were applied, taking variables from the periods 2017-2019 and 2020-2023, thematic axes and the most cited authors.<\/p>\n

Results:<\/strong> The findings made it possible to establish new work modalities as well as the most representative thematic axes and the current problems.<\/p>\n

Conclusions:<\/strong> Although the potential for these spaces to offer optimal ergonomic conditions has been further analyzed, the associated risk factors have not yet been controlled. The new work modalities have increased the emergence of new risks, especially those related to psychosocial conditions, visual fatigue, and musculoskeletal disorders. The reviewed studies show that remote work, telework, and coworking require clear guidelines that promote worker well-being within the new scenarios arising in the world of work.<\/p>\n
