Rev Asoc Esp Espec Med Trab 2025; 34(4):341-355<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acceso al PDF: <div class=\"button_wrapper \"><a  href=\"https:\/\/www.aeemt.org\/Revista_AEEMT\/VOL_34_N04_2025_DIC\/356-368%20Original_03.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Riesgos psicosociales y calidad de vida en docentes de educaci\u00f3n especial: evidencia de Per\u00fa e implicaciones para Am\u00e9rica Latina\" class=\"button_  default medium\"><strong>PDF del Art\u00edculo<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n<p><strong>RESUMEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Objetivo:<\/strong> Examinar la relaci\u00f3n entre los factores de riesgo psicosocial y la calidad de vida en 117 docentes de educaci\u00f3n especial en Lima Metropolitana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Material y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> Estudio descriptivo, no experimental y correlacional, que utiliz\u00f3 cuestionarios autoadministrados validados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Resultados:<\/strong> La mayor prevalencia de exposici\u00f3n a alto riesgo fue en el apoyo social (41 %), la doble presencia (34 %) y las demandas psicol\u00f3gicas (32 %). Las demandas psicol\u00f3gicas se asociaron significativamente con una mala salud psicol\u00f3gica (OR=3.71). La compensaci\u00f3n insuficiente se correlacion\u00f3 con una menor satisfacci\u00f3n en las dimensiones psicol\u00f3gica (OR=2.61), social (OR=4.84) y ambiental (OR=2.19). El riesgo moderado a alto en apoyo social se asoci\u00f3 inversamente con la calidad de las relaciones sociales (OR=0.25), lo que sugiere factores moderadores externos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conclusiones:<\/strong> Los hallazgos resaltan que los riesgos psicosociales impactan significativamente en la calidad de vida de los docentes. Se recomienda implementar estrategias institucionales para reducir la carga laboral y mejorar la compensaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Title: <\/strong><strong>PSYCHOSOCIAL RISKS AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHERS: EVIDENCE FROM PERU AND IMPLICATIONS FOR LATIN AMERICA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Objective:<\/strong> The study examined the relationship between psychosocial risk factors and quality of life among 117 special education teachers in Metropolitan Lima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Material and Methods:<\/strong> This descriptive, nonexperimental, correlational study used validated self-administered questionnaires.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Results:<\/strong> The highest prevalence of high-risk exposure was found in social support (41%), double presence (34%), and psychological demands (32%). Psychological demands were significantly associated with poor psychological health (OR=3.71). Insufficient compensation correlated with lower psychological (OR=2.61), social (OR=4.84), and environmental satisfaction (OR=2.19). Interestingly, moderate to high social support risk was inversely associated with the quality of social relationships (OR=0.25), suggesting the role of external moderating factors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conclusions:<\/strong> The findings highlight that psychosocial risks significantly impact teachers\u2019 quality of life.
