Estudio Mixto.\" class=\"button_  default medium\"><strong>PDF del Art\u00edculo<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n<p><strong>RESUMEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Introducci\u00f3n:<\/strong> La violencia psicol\u00f3gica y el acoso laboral en el mundo del trabajo, son una realidad extendida a nivel mundial y una pr\u00e1ctica velada, que pone en riesgo la salud mental y f\u00edsica de los trabajadores. En Ecuador, la evidencia es limitada. Este estudio se realiz\u00f3 en trabajadores de empresas privadas de Quito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Material y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> Modelo de investigaci\u00f3n mixto: cuantitativo: estudio transversal, correlacional y anal\u00edtico; cualitativo: an\u00e1lisis fenomenol\u00f3gico, con estudio de caso de 9 participantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Resultados:<\/strong> Cuantitativo: 75,3% report\u00f3 violencia psicol\u00f3gica, 6,2% acoso laboral, los jefes son los principales agresores, los factores sociodemogr\u00e1ficos no influyeron. Cualitativa: los trabajadores perciben ambientes laborales hostiles con liderazgo abusivo. La integraci\u00f3n de resultados revela formatos de violencia enmascarados, que nacen de argumentos leg\u00edtimos del trabajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conclusi\u00f3n:<\/strong> Existe violencia psicol\u00f3gica y acoso laboral en empresas privadas de Quito, tanto hombres como mujeres se encuentran igualmente expuestos y desarrollan su trabajo en condiciones desfavorables y hostiles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Title: PSYCHOLOGICAL VIOLENCE AND WORKPLACE HARASSMENT AMONG ECUADORIAN WORKERS IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR. MIXED STUDIO.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Introduction:<\/strong> Psychological violence and labor harassment in the world of work, are a reality extended to a global level and a veiled practice, which puts at risk the mental and physical health of workers. In Ecuador, the evidence is limited. This study was carried out among workers from private companies in Quito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Material and Methods:<\/strong> Mixed research model: quantitative: transversal, correlational and analytical study; qualitative: phenomenological analysis, with a case study of 9 participants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Results:<\/strong> Quantitative: 75.3% reported psychological violence, 6.2% workplace harassment, bosses are the main aggressors, sociodemographic factors did not influence. Qualitative: Workers perceive hostile work environments with abusive leadership.
