RESUMEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Antecedentes:<\/strong> En Francia una de cada diez muertes por suicidio se identific\u00f3 como potencialmente relacionada con el trabajo.<\/p>\n

Objetivos:<\/strong> Presentar un caso de un trabajador con un intento de suicidio.<\/p>\n

Material y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> Predominio de pensamientos negativos, tono ansioso, reactivo, tendencia a la tristeza. Evoca conflicto con la empresa.\u00a0 Se eval\u00faa el riesgo de suicido siendo: bajo-moderado. La M\u00e9dico del Trabajo es alertada que el trabajador presenta ideas, tendencia suicida. Tras lo cual, lo llama presentando un riesgo: severo. La Polic\u00eda y Servicios de Urgencias acuden a la estaci\u00f3n de tren donde estaba en las v\u00edas.<\/p>\n

Resultados:<\/strong> La prevenci\u00f3n de los suicidios en el lugar de trabajo empieza por un enfoque global de la prevenci\u00f3n de los riesgos psicosociales.<\/p>\n

Conclusiones:<\/strong> Las empresas pueden desarrollar pol\u00edticas y programas que promuevan personas trabajadoras mentalmente sanas y prevengan conductas suicidas.<\/p>\n

SUICIDAL BEHAVIOUR OF A WORKER. WHAT TO DO IN OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Background:<\/strong> In France one in ten suicide deaths was identified as potentially work-related.<\/p>\n

Objetive:<\/strong> To present a case of a worker with a suicide attempt.<\/p>\n

Material and Methods:<\/strong> Predominance of negative thoughts, anxious, reactive tone, tendency to sadness. Evokes conflict with the company.\u00a0 Suicide risk was assessed as: low-moderate. The occupational physician is alerted to the fact that the worker has suicidal thoughts and suicidal tendencies. She then calls him in with a risk of: severe. The Police and Emergency Services go to the train station where he was on the tracks.<\/p>\n

Results:<\/strong> Suicide prevention in the workplace starts with a global approach to the prevention of psychosocial risks.<\/p>\n

Conclusions:<\/strong> Companies can develop policies and programmes that promote mentally healthy workers and prevent suicidal behaviour.<\/p>\n
