RESUMEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Introducci\u00f3n:<\/strong> El sarampi\u00f3n es una enfermedad muy contagiosa con un riesgo alto de infecci\u00f3n en el personal sanitario. Los programas de vacunaci\u00f3n deben ser esenciales para las estrategias de salud laboral.<\/p>\n

Objetivo:<\/strong> El objetivo principal es evaluar la captaci\u00f3n del colectivo sanitario en la campa\u00f1a de vacunaci\u00f3n del Sarampi\u00f3n que puede estar desprotegido del departamento del Hospital Fe de Valencia (HUPLF).<\/p>\n

Material y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> Estudio cuasi-experimental pre-post cuya muestra poblacional es el personal sanitario del HUPLF sin registro vacunal, con vacunaci\u00f3n incompleta o presencia de serolog\u00eda negativa frente al sarampi\u00f3n. Se han utilizados diversos canales de comunicaci\u00f3n en diferentes ocasiones junto con un mensaje motivacional.<\/p>\n

Resultados:<\/strong> La muestra la componen 616 trabajadores. Tras el primer mensaje se atendieron a 0,12 personas al d\u00eda. Tras el segundo mensaje acudieron 1,62. Tras las llamadas acudieron 9,48.<\/p>\n

Conclusi\u00f3n:<\/strong>. Es preciso poner en marcha estrategias m\u00e1s proactivas para la captaci\u00f3n del personal sanitario desde los servicios de prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales (SPRL).<\/p>\n

Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Introduction:<\/strong> Measles is a highly contagious disease with a high risk of infection in healthcare personnel. Vaccination programs should be essential to occupational health strategies.<\/p>\n

Objetive:<\/strong> The main objective is to evaluate the recruitment of the health community in the Measles vaccination campaign that may be unprotected in the department of the Hospital Fe de Valencia ( HUPLF ).<\/p>\n

Material and Methods:<\/strong> Pre-post quasi-experimental study whose population sample is HUPLF health personnel without vaccination record or presence of negative serology against measles. Various communication channels have been used on different occasions along with a motivational message.<\/p>\n

Results:<\/strong> The sample is made up of 616 workers. After the first message, 0.12 people were served per day. After the second message, 1.62 came. After calls on 9,48.<\/p>\n

Conclusion:<\/strong>. It is necessary to implement more proactive strategies to recruit health personnel from occupational risk prevention services (SPRL).<\/p>\n
