RESUMEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Introducci\u00f3n:<\/strong> las ausencias prolongadas al trabajo derivadas de patolog\u00eda psiqui\u00e1trica son frecuentes y suponen repercusiones econ\u00f3micas, sociales y\u00a0 dificultad para la reincorporaci\u00f3n a la actividad laboral.<\/p>\n

Objetivos:<\/strong> Evidenciar la merma residual derivada de procesos cr\u00f3nicos como la depresi\u00f3n, las limitaciones que representa para el desarrollo de tareas habituales propias del puesto de trabajo as\u00ed como la consideraci\u00f3n de nuevos riesgos para la salud.<\/p>\n

Material y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> descripci\u00f3n de un caso cl\u00ednico. Resultados: El alta m\u00e9dica emitida por el Instituto Nacional de la Seguridad Social no siempre se corresponde con el criterio de aptitud emitido a la incorporaci\u00f3n ni considera las posibilidades de integraci\u00f3n en la empresa.<\/p>\n

Conclusiones:<\/strong> Mediante la presentaci\u00f3n de un caso cl\u00ednico se evidencia dicha situaci\u00f3n y la necesidad de mejoras.<\/p>\n

PROBLEMS WITH INCORPORATION INTO THE WORKPLACE: <\/strong>A CASE STUDY<\/strong><\/p>\n

ABSTRACT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Introduction:<\/strong> Prolonged absences from work due to psychiatric illness are common and have economic and social repercussions, as well as difficulties in returning to work.<\/p>\n

Objectives:<\/strong> To demonstrate the residual impairment resulting from chronic conditions such as depression, the limitations it represents for the performance of routine job tasks, and the consideration of new health risks.<\/p>\n

Materials and Methods:<\/strong> Description of a clinical case. Results: Medical discharges issued by the National Social Security Institute do not always correspond to the fitness criteria issued upon entry, nor do they consider the possibilities of integration into the company.<\/p>\n

Conclusions:<\/strong> The presentation of a clinical case highlights this situation and the need for improvements.<\/p>\n
