La presencia de acompa\u00f1ante puede mejorar la transmisi\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n y apoyar al paciente, pero tambi\u00e9n a\u00f1ade complejidad. La legislaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola reconoce el derecho del paciente a la informaci\u00f3n y permite que personas autorizadas tambi\u00e9n sean informadas. Este estudio explora c\u00f3mo la presencia de acompa\u00f1ante puede influir en el desempe\u00f1o del personal sanitario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Material y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> Se llev\u00f3 a cabo una revisi\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica siguiendo las normas PRISMA y STROBE. Se incluyeron estudios publicados entre 2014 y 2024 que abordaran la relaci\u00f3n entre personal sanitario y acompa\u00f1antes. Las bases de datos: MEDLINE (PubMed), SCIENCIE DIRECT, SCIELO, COCHRANE, CINHAL y Web of Science. La calidad de los estudios se evalu\u00f3 con la herramienta ICROMS y el riesgo de sesgo con ROBINSI.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Resultados:<\/strong> De 415 estudios identificados, 15 cumplieron los criterios de inclusi\u00f3n. Las principales herramientas de intervenci\u00f3n fueron entrevistas semiestructuradas y cuestionarios. Los estudios mostraron que las y los acompa\u00f1antes pueden mejorar la comunicaci\u00f3n y la toma de decisiones, pero tambi\u00e9n aumentar la carga de trabajo y el estr\u00e9s del personal sanitario. La presencia de acompa\u00f1ante puede facilitar la comprensi\u00f3n del paciente, pero tambi\u00e9n interrumpir la atenci\u00f3n centrada en el paciente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conclusiones:<\/strong> La presencia de acompa\u00f1ante, aunque puede mejorar la comunicaci\u00f3n y el apoyo al paciente, tambi\u00e9n puede generar estr\u00e9s y aumentar la carga laboral. Es crucial que los profesionales desarrollen habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n para manejar estas interacciones de manera efectiva. Se necesitan m\u00e1s investigaciones para comprender mejor esta din\u00e1mica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Title: <\/strong><strong>THE ROLE OF THE COMPANION, POSITIVE INFLUENCE OR PSYCHOSOCIAL RISK FOR THE HEALTH PROFESIONAL. <\/strong><strong>SYSTEMATIC REVIEW<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Background:<\/strong> Communication in the healthcare setting can be bipartite or tripartite. The presence of a companion can improve the transmission of information and support the patient, but it also adds complexity. Spanish law recognizes the patient\u2019s right to information and allows authorized persons to be informed. This study explores how the presence of a companion can influence the performance of healthcare personnel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Material and Methodos:<\/strong> A systematic review was conducted following the PRISMA and STROBE guidelines. Studies published between 2014 and 2024 that addressed the relationship between healthcare personnel and companions were included. The databases were: MEDLINE (PubMed), SCIENCIE DIRECT, SCIELO, COCHRANE, CINHAL, and Web of Science. Study quality was assessed using the ICROMS tool, and risk of bias was assessed using ROBINSI.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Results:<\/strong> Of 415 studies identified, 15 met the inclusion criteria.
