El objetivo de esta revisi\u00f3n es establecer la relaci\u00f3n entre estos conceptos para realizar intervenciones futuras efectivas en Salud Laboral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Material y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> revisi\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica en bases de datos con proceso de selecci\u00f3n y calidad metodol\u00f3gica preestablecidos. Resultados: 19 art\u00edculos revisados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Discusi\u00f3n y conclusiones:<\/strong> La integraci\u00f3n de la IA en el lugar de trabajo presenta oportunidades y desaf\u00edos al mejorar la eficiencia y reducir riesgos, pero su incorporaci\u00f3n requiere pol\u00edticas que respeten los derechos de los trabajadores y la confidencialidad de los datos. La IA transformara la Medicina del trabajo, proporcionando informaci\u00f3n sobre riesgos laborales y mejorando la atenci\u00f3n de los trabajadores. BIBLIOGRAPHIC REVIEW.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Introduction:<\/strong> Innovation and leadership are two fundamental concepts in today\u2019s businesses, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the approach to the health and safety of its employees. The aim of this review is to establish the relationship between these concepts in order to make effective future interventions in Occupational Health.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Material and Methods:<\/strong> systematic review in various databases with a pre-established selection process and methodological quality. Results: 19 articles reviewed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Discussion and conclusions:<\/strong> The integration of AI in the workplace presents opportunities and challenges by improving efficiency and reducing risks, but its incorporation requires policies that respect workers\u2019 rights and data confidentiality. AI will transform occupational medicine, providing information on occupational risks and improving care for workers.
