RESUMEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Objetivo:<\/strong> Estudiar las limitaciones laborales de los sanitarios afectados por Covid persistente.<\/p>\n

Material y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> Estudio descriptivo transversal de una muestra compuesta por aquellos sanitarios con diagn\u00f3stico de covid persistente y necesidad de adaptaci\u00f3n de su puesto de trabajo.<\/p>\n

Resultados:<\/strong> Se registraron 5 trabajadoras afectadas con necesidad de adaptaci\u00f3n. La disminuci\u00f3n de la carga f\u00edsica y la manipulaci\u00f3n manual de cargas, la necesidad de descansos peri\u00f3dicos o de protecci\u00f3n frente a riesgo biol\u00f3gico; fueron algunas de las limitaciones encontradas.<\/p>\n

Conclusiones:<\/strong> La reincorporaci\u00f3n laboral precoz de los afectados por Covid persistente plantea un reto a los Servicios de Prevenci\u00f3n. Resulta complejo relacionar la intensidad de los s\u00edntomas con las limitaciones que implican para el desempe\u00f1o de la actividad laboral. En este contexto es \u00fatil el empleo de escalas espec\u00edficas para los s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s habituales y limitantes. A la espera de procedimientos espec\u00edficos se intenta adaptar el puesto en funci\u00f3n de las secuelas individuales.<\/p>\n

Title: <\/strong>PREVENTION AND OCCUPATIONAL RISKS SERVICE\u2019S <\/strong>ACTUATION TOWARDS LONG COVID<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Objective:<\/strong> To study the limitations of healthcare workers affected by persistent Covid.<\/p>\n

Material and Methods:<\/strong> Cross-sectional descriptive study of a sample of healthcare workers diagnosed with persistent covid and the need of adaptation of their workplace.<\/p>\n

Results:<\/strong> There were 5 workers affected by persistent Covid who needed an adaptation. Reducing the physical load and manual handling of loads, the need of regular breaks or protection against biological risk were some of the limitations found.<\/p>\n

Conclusions:<\/strong> The early return to work of those affected by persistent Covid is a challenge for Prevention Services. It is complex to relate the intensity of the symptoms with the limitations they imply for the performance of the work activity. In this context, the use of specific scales for the most common and limiting symptoms is useful. Pending specific procedures, an attempt is made to adapt the job according to the individual sequelae.<\/p>\n
