RESUMEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Objetivo:<\/strong> Analizar los factores de riesgo psicosocial en trabajadores peruanos del sector minero seg\u00fan se trate de jefes u operarios.<\/p>\n

Material y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> Se dise\u00f1\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n comparativa asociativa transversal, para lo cual se evalu\u00f3 a 1,041 trabajadores de diversas empresas mineras de Per\u00fa a quienes se les aplic\u00f3 Bater\u00eda de Instrumentos para la Evaluaci\u00f3n del Riesgo Psicosocial.<\/p>\n

Resultados:<\/strong> Se encontr\u00f3 que los trabajadores que asumen el rol de operarios tuvieron niveles estad\u00edstica y significativamente m\u00e1s elevados de riesgo psicosocial que quienes asum\u00edan el rol de jefatura, en las dimensiones intralaborales de liderazgo y reconocimiento, as\u00ed como en las dimensiones extralaborales de tiempo fuera del trabajo, comunicaci\u00f3n y relaciones interpersonales, situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica del grupo familiar, relaciones familiares, caracter\u00edsticas de la vivienda y de su entorno, influencia del entorno extralaboral sobre el trabajo y desplazamiento vivienda trabajo vivienda.<\/p>\n

Conclusiones:<\/strong> Tanto las dimensiones intralaborales como extralaborales tienen un impacto m\u00e1s negativo en los trabajadores operarios del sector minero de Per\u00fa, en comparaci\u00f3n con sus jefes.<\/p>\n

Title: <\/strong>PSYCHOSOCIAL RISK IN PERUVIAN BOSSES AND WORKERS <\/strong>OF THE MINING SECTOR<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Objective:<\/strong> Analyze the psychosocial risk factors in Peruvian workers in the mining sector depending on whether they are bosses or operators.<\/p>\n

Material and Methods:<\/strong> A cross-sectional associative comparative research was designed, for which 1,041 workers from various mining companies in Peru were evaluated, to whom a Battery of Instruments for the Evaluation of Psychosocial Risk was applied.<\/p>\n

Results:<\/strong> It was found that workers who assume the role of operators had statistically significantly higher levels of psychosocial risk than those who assumed the role of management, in the intra-work dimensions of leadership and recognition, as well as in the extra-work dimensions of time away from work such as communication and interpersonal relationships, economic situation of the family group, family relationships, characteristics of the home and its surroundings, influence of the non-work environment on work and travel housing work housing.<\/p>\n

Conclusions:<\/strong> Both intra- and extra-work dimensions have a more negative impact on operating workers in the mining sector of Peru, compared to their bosses.<\/p>\n
