PDF del Resumen<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\nResumen:<\/strong><\/p>\nObjetivo:<\/strong> determinar la prevalencia de los des\u00f3rdenes musculoesquel\u00e9ticos en los trabajadores de salud del primer nivel de atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\nMaterial y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> estudio descriptivo transversal, participaron 278 trabajadores de ambos sexos que realizan labor asistencial en establecimientos de salud del primer nivel de atenci\u00f3n ubicados en la Regi\u00f3n Callao. El instrumento empleado fue el Cuestionario N\u00f3rdico de Kuorinka.<\/p>\nResultados:<\/strong> de la muestra, el 69,4% (n=193) fueron mujeres y el resto estuvo compuesto por varones. El 34,5% (n=96) de los participantes fueron profesionales de enfermer\u00eda,\u00a028,8% (n = 80) t\u00e9cnicos en enfermer\u00eda y el resto estuvo conformado por m\u00e9dicos, obstetras y odont\u00f3logos. En los \u00faltimos 12 meses, el dolor, molestias o incomodidad fueron principalmente en la regi\u00f3n cervical, dorsal y lumbar, con el 46% (n = 128), 34,5% (n = 96) y 28,1% (n = 78) respectivamente, mientras que en los \u00faltimos 7 d\u00edas fueron principalmente en la regi\u00f3n cervical, lumbar y dorsal, presente en el 17,6% (n = 49), 13,3% (n = 37) y 11,9% (n = 33) respectivamente. Los dolores, molestias o incomodidad en la regi\u00f3n lumbar, durante los \u00faltimos 12 meses y en los \u00faltimos 7 d\u00edas se ha presentado principalmente en el sexo femenino (p<0,05).<\/p>\nConclusiones:<\/strong> los des\u00f3rdenes musculoesquel\u00e9ticos en los trabajadores del primer nivel de atenci\u00f3n son frecuentes y compromete especialmente a la regi\u00f3n lumbar, afecta principalmente al sexo femenino y a los t\u00e9cnicos en enfermer\u00eda, generando limitaciones para el desempe\u00f1o laboral. Se recomienda tomar las medidas de prevenci\u00f3n en los trabajadores del primer nivel de atenci\u00f3n, para responder en condiciones adecuadas la demanda de los servicios de salud.<\/p>\nTitle:\u00a0 MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS AMONG FIRST-LEVEL HEALTH CARE WORKERS OF THE CALLAO REGION<\/strong><\/p>\nAbstract:<\/strong><\/p>\nObjective:<\/strong> to determine the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders in health workers at the first level of care.<\/p>\nMaterial and Methods:<\/strong> transversal descriptive study, involving 278 workers of both sexes who provide health services in the health centers of the first level of care located in the Callao Region.
