RESUMEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Introducci\u00f3n:<\/strong> El \u201cEnsayo supervisado de reconversi\u00f3n profesional\u201d se incluye entre las opciones que pueden llevarse a cabo para evitar la desinserci\u00f3n profesional.<\/p>\n

Objetivos:<\/strong> Dar visibilidad a una herramienta \u00fatil en la protecci\u00f3n de las personas trabajadoras especialmente sensibles.<\/p>\n

Material y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> Permite poner en marcha por parte del M\u00e9dico del Trabajo acciones que permiten analizar las condiciones de trabajo y el estado de salud de la persona trabajadora, y establecer restricciones en la \u201cAptitud laboral\u201d para la realizaci\u00f3n de las actividades del puesto de trabajo.<\/p>\n

Resultados:<\/strong> Ayuda en el proceso de reincorporaci\u00f3n al trabajo, evaluando la compatibilidad entre el puesto y la salud y permite comprobar la capacidad del trabajador para volver a su antiguo puesto, probar uno nuevo, o bien, preparar un cambio de profesi\u00f3n o reconversi\u00f3n profesional.<\/p>\n

Conclusiones:<\/strong> Permite garantizar la continuidad en el medio laboral, y, por ende, previene la desinserci\u00f3n profesional.<\/p>\n

Title: <\/strong>A SUPERVISED VOCATIONAL RETRAINING TRIAL, A REAL <\/strong>POSSIBILITY IN FRANCE. A CASE STUDY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Introduction:<\/strong> The \u2018Supervised Vocational Retraining Trial\u2019 is included among the options that can be carried out to prevent occupational disengagement.<\/p>\n

Objectives:<\/strong> To give visibility to a useful tool in the protection of particularly sensitive workers.<\/p>\n

Material and Methods:<\/strong> It allows the occupational physician to implement actions that allow for the analysis of the working conditions and the state of health of the worker, and to establish restrictions in the \u2018Aptitud laboral\u2019 for the performance of the activities of the job.<\/p>\n

Results:<\/strong> It helps in the process of returning to work, assessing the compatibility between the job and health and allows checking the worker\u2019s ability to return to their old job, try a new one, or prepare a change of profession or professional reconversion.<\/p>\n

Conclusions:<\/strong> It makes it possible to guarantee continuity in the working environment, and therefore prevents occupational disintegration.<\/p>\n
