Aunque eficaz, requiere un marco \u00e9tico s\u00f3lido para su implementaci\u00f3n adecuada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Objetivos:<\/strong> Evaluar la efectividad de la atenci\u00f3n virtual y presencial para emitir conceptos de aptitud ocupacional en trabajo en alturas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Material y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> Estudio retrospectivo de 353 trabajadores colombianos entre abril de 2023 y enero de 2024. Se analizaron variables como tipo de atenci\u00f3n, sexo, edad y diagn\u00f3sticos previos mediante regresi\u00f3n log\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Resultados:<\/strong> No se hallaron diferencias significativas entre modalidades. Factores como ansiedad (coeficiente 6.97, p=0.000), escolaridad (coeficiente -2.43, p=0.000) y sexo (coeficiente -1.96, p=0.010) estuvieron asociados con restricciones. La edad (p=0.967), tipo de atenci\u00f3n (p=0.558) y consumo de alcohol (p=0.590) no fueron significativos. Los participantes con ansiedad tuvieron 6.9 veces m\u00e1s probabilidad de ser restringidos, mientras mayor escolaridad se asoci\u00f3 con una menor probabilidad de restricci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conclusiones:<\/strong> La atenci\u00f3n virtual es efectiva y favorece la sinceridad en el reporte de problemas psicol\u00f3gicos, pero requiere est\u00e1ndares \u00e9ticos claros en contextos de alto riesgo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Title: <\/strong><strong>VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON PSYCHOLOGICAL CARE: A STATISTICAL ANALYSIS IN OCCUPATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Introduction:<\/strong> Virtual psychological care eliminates geographical and temporal barriers, a trend accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Although effective, it requires a solid ethical framework for proper implementation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Objectives:<\/strong> To evaluate the effectiveness of virtual and in-person care in issuing occupational fitness assessments for working at heights.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Material and Methods:<\/strong> A retrospective study of 353 Colombian workers conducted between April 2023 and January 2024. Variables such as type of care, sex, age, and prior diagnoses were analyzed using logistic regression.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Results:<\/strong> No significant differences were found between modalities. Factors such as anxiety (coefficient 6.97, p=0.000), education level (coefficient -2.43, p=0.000), and sex (coefficient -1.96, p=0.010) were significantly associated with restrictions. Age (p=0.967), type of care (p=0.558), and alcohol use (p=0.590) were not significant.
