Rev Asoc Esp Espec Med Trab 2024; 33(4):501-523<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acceso al PDF: <div class=\"button_wrapper \"><a  href=\"https:\/\/www.aeemt.org\/Revista_AEEMT\/VOL_33_N04_2024_DIC\/503-523%20Revision_3.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Mecanismos de seguimiento a las condiciones de trabajo en la modalidad de teletrabajo\" class=\"button_  default medium\"><strong>PDF del Art\u00edculo<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n<p><strong>RESUMEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Objetivo:<\/strong> Indagar en literatura cient\u00edfica sobre mecanismos de seguimiento a condiciones de trabajo en la tarea, el ambiente y la organizaci\u00f3n en modalidad de teletrabajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Matrial y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> Se realiz\u00f3 b\u00fasqueda documental en bases de datos, ejecut\u00e1ndose an\u00e1lisis de escritos que cumplieron criterios de inclusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Resultados:<\/strong> Se consideran herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas para vigilar las condiciones de trabajo. Sobre aspectos de la tarea, se orientan en peligros como posturas, esfuerzos o carga mental. De factores ambientales, se encauzan a la implementaci\u00f3n de programas para factores biol\u00f3gicos y f\u00edsicos. En cuanto al componente organizacional, se mencionan mecanismos de vigilancia digital para evaluar productividad, rentabilidad, eficiencia y competitividad de los trabajadores, m\u00e1s no propiamente los factores de riesgo presentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conclusiones:<\/strong> Aunque se encontr\u00f3 bibliograf\u00eda que describe aproximaciones al seguimiento de las condiciones de trabajo, es necesario estudios que ahonden al respecto, garantizando un examen exhaustivo de factores de riesgo presentes y la ampliaci\u00f3n en pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Title: APPLICATIONS OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Objective:<\/strong> To explore in scientific literature about mechanisms of follow-up to working conditions in the task, the environment and the organization in telework.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Material and Methods:<\/strong> A documentary search was made in databases, running analysis of writings that met inclusion criteria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Results:<\/strong> Technological tools to monitor working conditions were considered. Regarding aspects of the task, the studies are oriented to hazards such as postures, efforts or mental workload. Regarding environmental factors, the research is channeled to the implementation of programs for biological and physical factors.
