RESUMEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Descripci\u00f3n del caso cl\u00ednico:<\/strong> En este art\u00edculo explicamos la actuaci\u00f3n post-exposici\u00f3n frente a la enfermedad por meningitis menigoc\u00f3cica para trabajadores del \u00c1rea de Salud de Salamanca a prop\u00f3sito de un caso.<\/p>\n

Discusi\u00f3n:<\/strong> La enfermedad meningoc\u00f3cica es una patolog\u00eda grave. Los servicios de prevenci\u00f3n deben transmitir informaci\u00f3n clara para evitar alarma y realizar adecuados tratamientos postexposici\u00f3n. Los protocolos deben ser uniformes para realizar las actuaciones de forma precoz y correcta.<\/p>\n

Conclusi\u00f3n:<\/strong> Los servicios de prevenci\u00f3n deben realizar adecuados seguimientos post-exposici\u00f3n de los trabajadores expuestos a enfermedad meningoc\u00f3cica. De esta forma se transmite la informaci\u00f3n necesaria y se pueden realizar profilaxis de forma adecuada.<\/p>\n

Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Clinical case description:<\/strong> In this article we explain the postexposure action against meningococcal meningitis disease for workers in the Salamanca Health Area regarding a case.<\/p>\n

Discussion:<\/strong> Meningococcal disease is a serious pathology. Prevention services must transmit clear information to avoid alarm and carry out adequate post-exposure treatments. Protocols must be uniform to carry out actions early and correctly.<\/p>\n

Conclusion:<\/strong> Prevention services must carry out adequate postexposure follow-ups of workers exposed to meningococcal disease.
