RESUMEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Objetivos:<\/strong> Determinar factores influyentes en la incapacidad permanente, (I.P), en pacientes con incapacidad temporal por cuadro coronario agudo.<\/p>\n

Material y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> Estudio observacional retrospectivo anal\u00edtico, en pacientes con incapacidad temporal por evento coronario agudo, del Departamento de Manises, desde 2014 hasta 2016. El an\u00e1lisis intenta determinar si la concesi\u00f3n de I.P, se relacionaba con la edad, sexo, antecedente coronario, carga f\u00edsica del puesto, tipo de evento, funcionalidad card\u00edaca, programa de rehabilitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Resultados:<\/strong> Se concede un 14,8% de I.P, (90% totales, 10% absolutas), en estas resoluciones no influye la edad, sexo, tipo de evento, alteraciones en la contractilidad, fracci\u00f3n de eyecci\u00f3n, exposici\u00f3n a un programa de rehabilitaci\u00f3n card\u00edaca. Se objetiva que se relacionan con la concesi\u00f3n de I.P la carga metab\u00f3lica del trabajo, y el antecedente coronario.<\/p>\n

Conclusiones:<\/strong> Los programas de rehabilitaci\u00f3n card\u00edaca no influyen en la concesi\u00f3n de I.P. Tener un antecedente coronario previo reduce la probabilidades de retorno al trabajo.<\/p>\n

Title: FACTORS ASSOCIATED WITH THE RETURN TO WORK ACTIVITY AFTER A PROCESS OF TEMPORARY DISABILITY DUE TO ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME IN THE DEPARTMENT OF MANISES
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Objectives:<\/strong> To determine influential factors in permanent disability (PI) in patients with temporary disability due to acute coronary symptoms.<\/p>\n

Material and Methods:<\/strong> Analytical, retrospective observational study in patients with temporary disability due to an acute coronary event, from the Department of Manises, from 2014 to 2016. The analysis attempts to determine if the granting of PI was related to age, sex, coronary history, physical load of the job, type of event, cardiac functionality, and rehabilitation program.<\/p>\n

Results:<\/strong> 14.8% of PD is granted (90% total, 10% absolute), these resolutions are not influenced by age, sex, type of event, alterations in contractility, ejection fraction, exposure to a cardiac rehabilitation program. It is observed that the metabolic load of work and coronary history are related to the granting of PD.<\/p>\n

Conclusions:<\/strong> Cardiac rehabilitation programs do not influence the granting of PD. Having a previous coronary history reduces the probability of returning to work.<\/p>\n
