RESUMEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Objetivo:<\/strong> Determinar la asociaci\u00f3n entre la percepci\u00f3n de estr\u00e9s laboral con los factores sociodemogr\u00e1ficos y laborales en trabajadores chilenos.<\/p>\n

Material y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> Estudio anal\u00edtico de corte transversal. Se recolectaron datos sociodemogr\u00e1ficos y laborales a trav\u00e9s de una encuesta online. Se trabaj\u00f3 con un total de 180 trabajadores que cumplieron con los criterios de elegibilidad. El an\u00e1lisis de estad\u00edstica descriptiva se realiz\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de frecuencias y porcentajes y para asociar la percepci\u00f3n de estr\u00e9s laboral con las variables independientes se utiliz\u00f3 la prueba estad\u00edstica chicuadrado (p-valu\u00e9 <0,05).<\/p>\n

Resultados:<\/strong> 56,1% de los trabajadores fueron mujeres y predomin\u00f3 en 60% una edad <45 a\u00f1os. El 58,3% percibi\u00f3 estr\u00e9s laboral. Esta variable se asoci\u00f3 significativamente con el sexo y la percepci\u00f3n de carga laboral excesiva (p-valu\u00e9 <0,001).<\/p>\n

Conclusiones:<\/strong> La percepci\u00f3n de estr\u00e9s laboral en trabajadores chilenos se asoci\u00f3 significativamente con el sexo y la percepci\u00f3n de carga laboral excesiva.<\/p>\n

Title: <\/strong>ASSOCIATION BETWEEN THE PERCEPTION OF OCCUPATIONAL STRESS WITH THE SOCIODEMOGRAPHIC <\/strong>AND WORK-RELATED FACTORS IN CHILEAN WORKERS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Objective:<\/strong> Determine the association between the perception of occupational stress with sociodemographic and work-related factors in Chilean workers.<\/p>\n

Material and Methods:<\/strong> Cross-sectional analytical study. Sociodemographic and work-related data were collected through an online survey. It worked with a total of 180 workers who met the eligibility criteria. The descriptive statistical analysis was performed through frequencies and percentages, and the chi-square statistical test (p-value <0.05) was used to associate the perception of job stress with the independent variables.<\/p>\n

Results:<\/strong> 56.1% of the workers were women and 60% were <45 years of age. 58.3% perceived occupational stress. This variable was significantly associated with gender and the perception of excessive workload (p-value <0.001).<\/p>\n

Conclusions:<\/strong> there is a significant association between sex and the perception of excessive workload with the perception of occupational stress in Chilean workers.<\/p>\n
