Rev Asoc Esp Espec Med Trab 2024; 33(2):218-230<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acceso al PDF: <div class=\"button_wrapper \"><a  href=\"https:\/\/www.aeemt.org\/Revista_AEEMT\/VOL_33_N02_2024_JUN\/218-230%20MDT%20Junio%202024%20Original%207.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Cultura y comunicaci\u00f3n organizacional en tiempos de pandemia: experiencia en el Instituto Nacional de Salud del Ni\u00f1o, 2021\" class=\"button_  default medium\"><strong>PDF del Art\u00edculo<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n<p><strong>RESUMEN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Introducci\u00f3n:<\/strong>\u00a0En el contexto de la pandemia Covid-19 es importante realizar una evaluaci\u00f3n de la cultura y comunicaci\u00f3n organizacional debido a que las influencias internas y externas vividas por el trabajador durante la pandemia pudiera influir sobre su desempe\u00f1o y generar problemas gerenciales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Objetivo:<\/strong>\u00a0Determinar la influencia de varias dimensiones de cultura y comunicaci\u00f3n organizacional en entornos de atenci\u00f3n\u00a0m\u00e9dica en tiempos de pandemia en el Instituto Nacional Salud del Ni\u00f1o en el a\u00f1o 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Material y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong>\u00a0Se realiz\u00f3 un estudio transversal, en 262 profesionales de la salud (m\u00e9dicos y enfermeras). El muestreo fue no probabil\u00edstico por conveniencia. Se aplic\u00f3 un cuestionario adaptado por los investigadores en base a la normativa nacional. Se aplic\u00f3 entre los meses de enero a julio del 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Resultados:<\/strong>\u00a0El profesional de salud femenino representa el mayor porcentaje de participaci\u00f3n (76,3%), y el personal nombrado representa el 77,9% en el INSN. El puntaje medio m\u00e1s alto para la categor\u00eda identidad lo tienen los profesionales con 6 a 10 a\u00f1os de trabajo en el INSN (69,0), y el menor puntaje el personal administrativo (60,5). La categor\u00eda conflicto y cooperaci\u00f3n presenta al personal de salud con el puntaje m\u00e1s alto (49,2), para la variable cultura organizacional. Las licenciadas en enfermer\u00eda presenten el puntaje m\u00e1s alto para comunicaci\u00f3n organizacional. Las variables sexo y profesi\u00f3n presentan significancia para cultura y comunicaci\u00f3n organizacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conclusiones:<\/strong>\u00a0La cultura y comunicaci\u00f3n organizacional pueden convertirse en herramientas de gu\u00eda para que las instituciones sanitarias mejoren las habilidades y el conocimiento de sus trabajadores con el fin de brindar servicios de calidad a los ciudadanos en \u00e9pocas de crisis sanitaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Title:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND COMMUNICATION IN TIMES OF PANDEMIC: EXPERIENCE AT THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CHILD HEALTH, 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Introduction:<\/strong>\u00a0In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, it is important to carry out an evaluation of the organizational culture and communication because the internal and external influences\u00a0experienced by the worker during the pandemic could influence their performance and generate managerial problems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objective:<\/strong>\u00a0Determine the influence of various dimensions of organizational culture and communication in healthcare settings in times of pandemic at the National Institute of Child Health in 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Material and Methods:<\/strong>\u00a0A cross-sectional study was carried out in 262 health professionals (doctors and nurses). Sampling was non-probabilistic for convenience. A questionnaire adapted by the researchers based on national regulations was applied. It was applied between the months of January to July 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Results:<\/strong>\u00a0The female health professional represents the highest percentage of participation (76.3%), and the appointed personnel represents 77.9% in the INSN. The highest average score for the identity category is obtained by professionals with 6 to 10 years of work at the INSN (69.0), and the lowest score by administrative staff (60.5). The conflict and cooperation category presents health personnel with the highest score (49.2) for the organizational culture variable. Nursing graduates present the highest score for organizational communication.
