PDF del Art\u00edculo<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\nRESUMEN<\/strong><\/p>\nObjetivo:<\/strong> determinar la relaci\u00f3n entre la astenopia y la distancia de visi\u00f3n y luminiscencia de monitores de pantalla LCD en trabajadores administrativos de una empresa constructora.<\/p>\nMaterial y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> Realizamos un estudio de casos y controles con una muestra de 67 casos con astenopia y 67 controles. Utilizamos regresi\u00f3n log\u00edstica multivariante para establecer las asociaciones entre distancia de visi\u00f3n y luminiscencia con astenopia, reportando Odds Ratios con intervalos de confianza (IC) al 95%.<\/p>\nResultados:<\/strong> La media de edad de la muestra fue 38.9\u00b17.1 a\u00f1os, 67.2% presentaron distancia visual inadecuada y 89.6% presentaron luminiscencia de pantalla LCD inadecuado. La\u00a0regresi\u00f3n log\u00edstica multivariante evidenci\u00f3 mayor posibilidad de astenopia cuando se tiene distancia visual inadecuada (OR=3,72; IC95%:1,51-9,15) y cuando la luminiscencia de la pantalla es inadecuada (OR=3,16; IC95%:1,07-9,35).<\/p>\nConclusiones:<\/strong> la distancia visual y la luminiscencia de pantalla LCD se relacionaron independientemente a la presencia de astenopia en trabajadores administrativos.<\/p>\nTitle:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\nHEARING LOSS PREVALENCE AND ASSOCIATED FACTORS AMONG FOOD INDUSTRY WORKERS IN BOGOTA IN 2022<\/strong><\/p>\nAbstract:<\/strong><\/p>\nObjective:<\/strong> determine the relationship between asthenopia and the viewing distance and luminescence of LCD screen monitors in administrative workers of a construction company.<\/p>\nMaterial and Methods:<\/strong> We carried out a case-control study with a sample of 67 cases with asthenopia and 67 controls. We used multivariate logistic regression to establish the associations between viewing distance and luminescence with asthenopia, reporting Odds Ratios with 95% confidence intervals (CI).<\/p>\nResults:<\/strong> The average age of the sample was 38.9\u00b17.1 years, 67.2% had inadequate visual distance and 89.6% had inadequate LCD screen luminescence.
