Rev Asoc Esp Espec Med Trab 2023; 32(4): 330-344<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acceso al PDF: <div class=\"button_wrapper \"><a  href=\"https:\/\/www.aeemt.org\/Revista_AEEMT\/VOL_32_N04_2023_DIC\/330-344%20Original_6.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Cambio del nivel de riesgo ergon\u00f3mico en posturas forzadas y movimiento repetitivo por redise\u00f1o de m\u00e1quina sopladora de botellas de pl\u00e1stico\" class=\"button_  default medium\"><strong>PDF del Art\u00edculo<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n<p><strong>RESUMEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Objetivos:<\/strong> Comparar el cambio del nivel de riesgo ergon\u00f3mico en posturas forzadas y movimiento repetitivo por redise\u00f1o de puesto de m\u00e1quina sopladora de botellas de pl\u00e1stico en una f\u00e1brica en la ciudad de Lima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Material y M\u00e9todo:<\/strong> Las metodolog\u00edas empleadas para posturas de trabajo y de movimiento repetitivo fueron las normas ISO 11226:2000 y OCRA Checklist respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Resultados:<\/strong> Los niveles de riesgo de los trabajadores en la primera evaluaci\u00f3n de OCRA Checklist para movimientos repetitivos dieron niveles de \u201criesgo medio\u201d y \u201criesgo elevado\u201d y para posturas forzadas evaluado mediante ISO 11226:2000 se encontraba en nivel \u201cno recomendado\u201d. Luego del redise\u00f1o ergon\u00f3mico se obtuvo el nivel \u201criesgo aceptable\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conclusi\u00f3n:<\/strong> En el proceso de abastecimiento de botellas de m\u00e1quinas sopladoras, inicialmente no presentaban criterios ergon\u00f3micos\u00a0aceptables para los peligros de movimiento repetitivo y posturas de trabajo. No obstante, al realizar el redise\u00f1o del puesto de trabajo se obtuvo niveles de riesgos \u201caceptables\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Title:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>CHANGING THE LEVEL OF ERGONOMIC RISK IN FORCED POSTURES AND REPETITIVE MOVEMENT BY REDESIGNING THE BLOWING MACHINE FOR PLASTIC BOTTLES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Objective:<\/strong> To compare the change in the level of ergonomic risk in forced postures and repetitive movement due to the redesign of the job of a plastic bottle blowing machine in a factory in the city of Lima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Material and Methods:<\/strong> The methodologies used for work postures and repetitive movement were the ISO 11226:2000 and OCRA Checklist standards, respectively.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Results:<\/strong> The risk levels of the workers in the first evaluation of OCRA Checklist for repetitive movements gave levels of \u201cmedium risk\u201d and \u201chigh risk\u201d and for forced postures evaluated by ISO 11226:2000 it was at the \u201cnot recommended\u201d level. After the ergonomic redesign, the \u201cacceptable risk\u201d level was obtained.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conclusion:<\/strong> In the bottle supply process for blow molding machines, initially they did not present acceptable ergonomic criteria for the dangers of repetitive movement and work postures.
