RESUMEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Objetivos:<\/strong> Los s\u00edntomas musculoesquel\u00e9tico son una de las principales causas de perdida de la capacidad laboral y ausentismo en el mundo del trabajo. Los trabajadores de cultivo de flores est\u00e1n predispuestos a sufrirlas debido a la naturaleza de su trabajo. El Objetivo fue identificar la sintomatolog\u00eda musculoesquel\u00e9tica en los diferentes segmentos corporales.<\/p>\n

Material y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> Estudio descriptivo con enfoque cuantitativo, la poblaci\u00f3n fueron 135 trabajadores del \u00e1rea de postcosecha de un cultivo de flores ubicado en un municipio aleda\u00f1o a la ciudad de Bogot\u00e1; se aplicaron 2 instrumentos, una encuesta de caracterizaci\u00f3n sociodemogr\u00e1fica y el cuestionario N\u00f3rdico Estandarizado.<\/p>\n

Resultados:<\/strong> Los segmentos corporales con presencia de s\u00edntomas fueron, la mu\u00f1eca derecha 34%, espalda alta 32%, baja 27%, pies y tobillos 26%. El 99% de los trabajadores, atribuye su sintomatolog\u00eda m\u00fasculo esquel\u00e9tica a la actividad laboral.<\/p>\n

Conclusi\u00f3n:<\/strong> Prevalencia significativa de s\u00edntomas m\u00fasculo esquel\u00e9ticos en los trabajadores en los \u00faltimos 12 meses.<\/p>\n

MUSCULOSKELETAL SYMPTOMATOLOGY IN POSTHARVEST WORKERS OF A FLOWER FARM IN CUNDINAMARCA.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Objetives:<\/strong> Musculoskeletal symptoms are one of the main causes of loss of work capacity and absenteeism in the world of work. Flower growing workers are predisposed to them due to the nature of their work. The objective was to identify the musculoskeletal symptomatology in the different body segments.<\/p>\n

Materials and methods:<\/strong> Descriptive study with a quantitative approach, the population was 135 workers from the post-harvest area of a flower farm located in a municipality near the city of Bogot\u00e1, 2 instruments were applied, a sociodemographic characterization survey and the Standardized Nordic questionnaire.<\/p>\n

Results:<\/strong> The body segments with the presence of symptoms were the right wrist 34%, upper back 32%, lower back 27%, feet and ankles\u00a026%. 99% of workers attribute their musculoskeletal symptoms to work activity.<\/p>\n

Conclusion:<\/strong> Significant prevalence of musculoskeletal symptoms in workers in the last 12 months.<\/p>\n
