RESUMEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La adaptaci\u00f3n del trabajador especialmente sensible obliga al Servicio de Prevenci\u00f3n de Riesgos Laborales a gestionar y operativizar una actuaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica. La mayor\u00eda de los art\u00edculos publicados se basan en la identificaci\u00f3n y diagn\u00f3stico del trabajador, sin profundizar en c\u00f3mo se ha de realizar el seguimiento para confirmar que las medidas preventivas y de cambio de condiciones de trabajo indicadas son adecuadas y eficaces. Nos planteamos como objetivo establecer un seguimiento que garantice el cumplimiento de las medidas o\u00a0 restricciones pautadas de forma que, el trabajador especialmente sensible deje de estar expuesto a los riesgos contraindicados. Dise\u00f1amos unos indicadores de medici\u00f3n del proceso estableciendo unos valores est\u00e1ndar para conseguir evidenciar de forma objetiva sus debilidades y fortalezas.<\/p>\n

MONITORING OF ESPECIALLY SENSITIVE WORKERS IN THE NURSING CONSULTATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The adaptation of the especially sensitive worker takes the Occupational Risk Prevention Service to arrange and work out a specific action. Most of the published articles are based on the identification and diagnosis of the worker, without delving into how\u00a0the follow-up must be carried out to confirm that the preventive\u00a0actions and changes in working conditions indicated are suitable and effective. Our target is to establish a follow-up that guarantees compliance with the measures or restrictions established, so that the particularly sensitive worker is no longer exposed to contraindicated risks. We design process measuring indicators, establishing standard values to show in an objective way their weaknesses and strengths.<\/p>\n
