Objetivo:<\/strong> Evaluar los casos de ADPT informados por el SPRL durante el a\u00f1o 2014 y hasta noviembre del a\u00f1o 2015. Cuando un trabajador presente especial sensibilidad o especiales necesidades o restricciones (salud), puede, seg\u00fan Ley 31\/1995 de Prevenci\u00f3n de Riesgos Laborales(1) art\u00edculos 25- 26, acceder a adecuaci\u00f3n de puesto de trabajo (ADPT) o cambio del mismo si no fuera posible(2).<\/p>\n

Material y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> Se eval\u00faan las ADPT informadas por el Servicio de Prevenci\u00f3n Mancomunado de Grupo, Hospital Universitario Infanta Leonor, Madrid(3), durante 2014 y 2015 (hasta noviembre) por centros, unidades, sexo, categor\u00eda y motivo; con programa SPSS.<\/p>\n

Resultados<\/strong>: El mayor n\u00famero fue a mujeres, coincidiendo con su mayor tasa de poblaci\u00f3n. Seg\u00fan causa, destaca la gestaci\u00f3n (concuerda con\u00a0edad y sexo de plantillas), seguida de trastornos m\u00fasculo-esquel\u00e9ticos y salud mental. Por categor\u00eda, hay mayor incidencia en Auxiliares de Enfermer\u00eda y, seg\u00fan servicio, en urgencias.<\/p>\n

Conclusiones:<\/strong> Conocer las causas prevalentes permite establecer programas espec\u00edficos para cada organizaci\u00f3n y favorecer el desarrollo de su actividad, consiguiendo protecci\u00f3n, integraci\u00f3n y desarrollo profesional del trabajador.<\/p>\n

\nADAPTATION STUDY OF DISABLED HEALTH CARE WORKERS DURING 2014 TO NOVEMBER 2015.<\/p>\n

Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Objective:<\/strong> Evaluate the cases of ADPT reported by the SPRL during the year 2014 and until November of the year 2015. Law 31\/1995 on Occupational Health and Safety\u2019 articles 25 and 26(1) enable a worker with special sensitivities or health problems to request an adaptation of workplace (AW) or a change if this adaptation is not possible(2).<\/p>\n

Material and Methods:<\/strong> All AW cases requested by the Hospital Universitario Infanta Leonor\u2019 Occupational Health Service, Madrid(3) during 2014 – November 2015 were evaluated by workplace, departments, sex, professional status and adequacy reason, with SPSS program.<\/p>\n

Results:<\/strong> The largest number was of women, because the population rate. The causes were mainly due to pregnancy followed by musculoskeletal disorders and mental health. The professional category with highest incidence was among Health Care Assistants. By department, it was Emergency.<\/p>\n

Conclusions:<\/strong> Knowing the more prevalent causes allows us to establish specific programs for our organization and thus promote the development of the activity in the workplace, getting the protection to the affected workers and their integration and professional development.<\/p>\n
