Matr\u00edcula abierta<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n<p>La Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS, 1998) define la\u00a0<strong>promoci\u00f3n de salud<\/strong>\u00a0como el proceso que permite a las personas incrementar su control sobre los determinantes de la salud y, en consecuencia, mejorarla. A\u00f1ade al t\u00e9rmino cl\u00e1sico de Salud Ocupacional referido a la protecci\u00f3n de la salud, el de Promoci\u00f3n de la Salud para definir el\u00a0<strong>Entorno Laboral Saludable<\/strong>. La salud es considerada como un medio para llegar a un fin, un recurso que permite a las personas un estado de bienestar f\u00edsico, mental y social. Se trata de un proceso global, que implica a estamentos pol\u00edticos y sociales, y abarca, no solamente acciones puntuales para fortalecer habilidades y capacidades, sino tambi\u00e9n acciones estructurales arraigadas en la cultura y sentidas como propias para mejorar las condiciones sociales, ambientales y econ\u00f3micas, que mejoran tanto la salud p\u00fablica, como la individual.<\/p>\n<p>Durante esta sesi\u00f3n, se hablar\u00e1 sobre el desarrollo de\u00a0<strong>programas de promoci\u00f3n de la salud<\/strong>\u00a0desde las empresas, que ofrecen la posibilidad de llegar a gran parte de la poblaci\u00f3n adulta. Al mismo tiempo, modificar h\u00e1bitos y estilos de vida adquiridos en el trabajo facilitar\u00e1 hacerlos extensivos tambi\u00e9n fuera de \u00e9l y trasladarlo a las familias y la sociedad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Luisa Capdevilla<\/strong>\u00a0es especialista en Medicina del Trabajo y en Medicina Familiar y Comunitaria y t\u00e9cnico superior en prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales (PRL) en Higiene Industrial, Seguridad en el Trabajo y en Ergonom\u00eda y Psicosociolog\u00eda. En la actualidad presta servicio de prevenci\u00f3n de MAPFRE.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>doctora Mar\u00eda Victoria Ram\u00edrez<\/strong>\u00a0es especialista en medicina del trabajo, t\u00e9cnico superior en prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales (PRL) y auditora interna en PRL.
