Resumen:<\/strong><\/p>\nObjetivos:<\/strong> ante la ausencia de publicaciones en las que, adem\u00e1s de los planteamientos te\u00f3ricos, se incluyan como ejemplo los procesos desarrollados con este criterio de \u201cmejora continua\u201d y se ofrezcan datos concretos de la o las empresas a que se refieran los trabajos, este trabajo pretende mostrar los beneficios del sistema de gesti\u00f3n propuesto, ilustr\u00e1ndolo con algunos de los procesos desarrollados con dicho sistema en una empresa determinada.<\/p>\nMaterial y M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> desde el an\u00e1lisis de la vigilancia colectiva de la salud realizada por el Servicio de Prevenci\u00f3n Propio (SPP) de Fraterprevenci\u00f3n desde 1 de enero de 2011 hasta 30 de abril de 2016, los autores utilizan en su exposici\u00f3n los diferentes pasos secuenciales derivados de los\u00a0hallazgos m\u00e1s relevantes de dichos an\u00e1lisis.<\/p>\nResultados:<\/strong> se muestran en el trabajo las consecuencias del proceso de gesti\u00f3n empleado en los diferentes aspectos identificados como acreedores de actuaciones preventivas.<\/p>\nConclusiones:<\/strong> los autores proponen una variante del ciclo PDCA de Deming, en ingl\u00e9s plan-do-check-act (Planificar, hacer, chequear y actuar) que identifica las fases de la mejora continua en los tratados publicados al respecto, y que ellos mismos denominan con el acr\u00f3nimo PECAD (Planificar, Ejecutar, Chequear, Ajustar y Diagnosticar) ajustado al l\u00e9xico espa\u00f1ol, entendiendo que se ajusta mejor a la realidad cotidiana de los Servicios de Prevenci\u00f3n de Riesgos Laborales. \nCONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT IN THE MANAGEMENT OF OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY IN THE COMPANY FROM THE COLLECTIVE HEALTH SURVEILLANCE<\/p>\nAbstract:<\/h3>\n
Objectives:<\/strong> As a result of the lack of publications in which, besides the theoretical approaches, the processes developed with this \u201ccontinuous improvement\u201d criteria are included as an example, this study tries to show the benefits of the proposed management system, illustrating it with some of the processes developed with said system in a particular company.<\/p>\nMaterial and methods:<\/strong> From the analysis of collective health surveillance carried out by the Prevention Service (SPP) Fraterprevenci\u00f3n between 2011 and 2016, the authors present the various sequential steps derived from the most important\u00a02017findings of these analyzes.<\/p>\nResults:<\/strong> in this paper the consequences of the management process employed in the various aspects identified as deserving of preventive actions are presented.<\/p>\nConclusions:<\/strong> the authors proposes a variant of the PDCA (in English plan-do-check-act) cycle which identifies the phases of continuous improvement in the agreements published in this regard, he calls with acronym PECAD (plan, execute, check, adjust and to diagnose) understanding that it is best suited to the everyday reality of PRL (OHS) Services and Spanish lexicon.
