Mantenemos con esta convocatoria el interés de nuestra organización de buscar enclaves estratégicos para la celebración de nuestros encuentros científicos\, en la combinación de ciudades sostenibles con patrimonio histórico y cultural\, para así afianzar el interés de todos los congresistas asistentes. \nEsta idea de búsqueda de contenido científico\, actualización de conocimiento y encuentro entre colegas\, debe integrarse con el afianzamiento de encuentro para el especialista que participa de nuestro CEMET como una experiencia completa\, que nos haga sentir bien y que tenga un aprovechamiento real para el asistente. \nEsta es la invitación que os extendemos desde el Comité Organizador para participar en este evento clave de nuestra especialidad\, que se celebrará los días 12\, 13 y 14 de marzo 2026 en el auditorio del Fórum de la Evolución Humana\, en el centro histórico de la ciudad de Burgos. \nBuscamos un mensaje claro y práctico para el futuro de la especialidad\, y bajo el título de “La Medicina del Trabajo: una visión de 360º” trabajaremos en la visión multidimensional de la especialidad con los nuevos retos del futuro y transformación de nuestros conocimientos y campos de trabajo en los que debemos ser líderes de salud.  Reforzar las áreas de trabajo y conocimiento para los que nos capacita nuestra formación\, con la estrategia de diversificación que nuestra sociedad está experimentando y que nos demandará en un futuro muy próximo. Son retos debemos asumir con profesionalidad y conocimiento. \nEn la actualidad somos una asociación científica con más de 1.500 asociados con una incorporación cada vez más numerosa de residentes de la especialidad en Medicina del Trabajo\, y que tradicionalmente hemos demostrado una gran acogida en las pasadas ediciones de nuestros CEMET (más de 600 especialistas en Medicina del Trabajo\, Enfermería del Trabajo\, Técnicos Superiores en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y Gestores de Recursos Humanos en nuestras últimas ediciones en 2022 en Madrid y 2024 en Cartagena). Mantenemos la estrategia iniciada apostando por la diversidad y la sostenibilidad en nuestros encuentros\, buscando sedes como Burgos\, que resaltan su pasado histórico y su actual conversión del patrimonio visible en la sierra de Atapuerca y su riqueza cultural en la ciudad. Destacamos la visión de un CEMET sostenible y que proyecte la promoción de hábitos saludables entre todos los asistentes\, empezando por el acceso a pie desde los diferentes lugares de descanso a las instalaciones del congreso. Además de fomentar hábitos nutricionales\, actividad física en los descansos activos y no contemplar procesados entre nuestras opciones de catering durante el encuentro\, como estrategia de salud desde la Medicina del Trabajo. \nEn este sentido\, solicitamos de nuevo la colaboración de las industrias\, empresas e instituciones que siempre han estado a nuestro lado para beneficiar a la sociedad\, a las organizaciones públicas y privadas\, al conocimiento científico\, a la especialidad\, las empresas y lo que para nosotros es lo más importante\, la salud individual de cada uno de los trabajadores de nuestro país. \nEl III CIMET y XIV CEMET 2026 será un congreso internacional con contenido práctico y novedoso que se realizará en un entorno único y testigo de la evolución de nuestros antepasados cuando empezamos a trabajar. Contaremos con unos medios técnicos inmejorables y unas instalaciones sorprendentes que nos ofrece el FORUM de la Evolución en pleno centro histórico de la ciudad de Burgos\, en el que esperamos contar con vuestra participación. utilizada para el control evolutivo de patologías del aparato locomotor de difícil diagnóstico como las cervicalgias postraumáticas leves. \nEste tipo de pruebas ayudan a conocer el estado funcional
