Principalmente por el importante número de accidentes de tráfico que ocasionan lesiones en esta articulación. \nLa valoración funcional biomecánica del raquis cervical es una prueba ampliamente utilizada para el control evolutivo de patologías del aparato locomotor de difícil diagnóstico como las cervicalgias postraumáticas leves. \nEste tipo de pruebas ayudan a conocer el estado funcional
